Novice and experienced workout junkies and athletes alike (we’re ALL athletes!) – come on out to CrossFit Hershey on Saturday morning, November 16th, from 8:30am-10:30am, and join Paul Erwin, DPT for a seminar on “The Shoulder: Movement Concepts and How To Fix Your Issues?”. Be ready to participate, practice, and demonstrate.

2. Mechanics of Good Shoulder Movement
3. Common Problems and Training Errors
4. Options and Ways to Self-Manage and Fix Your Issues
5. Scaling Movements: Why and How
