Naproxen, sold as Aleve and other brands, is one of the safest pain relievers, according to a new analysis.

Interesting article here discussing the side-effects on our cardiovascular system from the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), along with some good practical advice for using them. Some research demonstrates that naproxen may be the safest overall, if your stomach can handle it, as there can be considerable gastrointestinal side-effects with this as well. There are other safer AND effective ways to manage and decrease pain – such as seeing a good PT!
